§  Achieved adherence to marketing plan on weekly and monthly basis (100%), with reduced plan change, streamlined inventory management system across supply chain.
§  Transform organizational culture, and patron the change management initiatives to drive organization on road map of Deming Application Prize,  Ensure Top management engagement, people participation & management commitment in key initiatives  TPM , DWM, Lean Management, QC, Lean, Kaizen, 5S.
